I started RGC to help high volume, freemium SaaS companies find and optimize their best growth levers across acquisition, retention, and pricing & packaging, and build strategies to help them future-proof as they scale.
I find purpose in working with great people, building and running high performing teams, and enabling them to do their best work.
A comprehensive deep dive into marketing, product, and revenue data, combined with stakeholder discussions, to assess key growth levers: Green light (strong drivers of growth), Yellow light (areas with potential for optimization), and Red light (bottlenecks requiring urgent attention and prioritization)
A session with your leadership team to present key findings, align on priority growth levers, and present strategic recommendations. This step ensures everyone is on the same page regarding the biggest opportunities and challenges, creating a shared understanding of where to focus.
Together we’ll craft a structured experiment roadmap to drive growth. Based on the recommendations from Step 2, this roadmap outlines a series of targeted experiments designed to optimize Red and Yellow growth levers.
Option A, the roadmap is handed off to internal teams to implement, ensuring they have a clear, structured plan to follow.
Option B, execution happens collaboratively, with direct involvement in running experiments alongside internal marketing, product, and engineering teams.
With experiments in motion, results are tracked, analyzed, and refined to drive continuous improvement. As insights emerge, new priorities are identified, and the process repeats - ensuring sustained, data-driven growth over time.
