Along the way, I’ve built and led Customer Success and Growth teams from the ground up, and developed and led company-wide strategies as part of multiple executive leadership teams.

FAQs

What stage of companies do you work with?

I work with PLG companies or those looking to implement a product-led growth strategy, often (but not limited to) operating on a Freemium, Free Trial, or Self-Service model. Most of my clients are under $50M ARR and have existing product and engineering resources to support growth initiatives.

How do you bill/what are your payment terms?

I bill via invoice, with upfront payment required for the Hourly Consulting plan and monthly billing with net 30 payment terms for all other engagements. Payments can be made via e-transfer, wire transfer, or credit card (w/ fees)

Do you have flexible pricing options?

Yes, I offer flexible pricing options for early-stage startups. Companies with under $500K ARR qualify for a discounted rate. Feel free to book a call to discuss the best option for your business.

When do my hours expire?

Hourly consulting blocks do not expire. For all other engagements, hours are based on weekly commitments, billed at the end of each month, and do not carry over to the next period.
